[Technical Capability · Why Modular]
WHY BUILD MODULAR?
Traditional construction runs one trade after another, outdoors, on your site. Modular runs the building and the site at the same time, indoors, to a fixed design. That single change is where the time, the certainty and the quality come from.
The programme, side by side
Indicative sequence for comparison. Actual programme varies by project scope, approvals and site conditions.

Weather, site access and trade sequencing all control the programme. Quality depends on who is on site that day.

Fixed stations, jigs and repeat QC indoors, on a schedule, with 91% of the build finished before dispatch.
Production continues indoors. Rain doesn't move your handover date.
Jigs and fixed checkpoints replace site-by-site variation.
Fewer trades on site — decisive where skilled labour is scarce, for regional and remote projects.
Bulk-cut materials and fewer deliveries mean less dust and disruption. Suits occupied schools and campuses.
[Technical Capability · Why GES]
WHY GES?
Six commitments, each one backed by a number, not a promise. This is how modular certainty is engineered, long before a module ships.
Factory-built · NCC-ready · Traceable

Precise
100%
BIM models & shop drawings signed off before steel is cut. Modules fit the site, not reworked on it.
Repeatable
80%
of components shared across all standard modules, with consistent quality batch after batch.
On-time
4–6wks
factory production per module on a controlled takt line, with a delivery date you can plan around.
Verified
60/60/60
FRL fire rating available & NCC-ready engineering, with multi-stage QC open to third-party inspection.
Engineered
91%
factory completion before dispatch, with wet core, MEP and fit-out all done under factory control.
No-surprises
100%
module traceability via QR → ERP/MES, price locked at contract. No mid-project variations.
ONE FRAMEWORK: PROVEN
Precise · Repeatable · On-time · Verified · Engineered · No-surprises
Six letters, six standard modules, six sides of the GES hexagon. The same structural logic runs from our logo to our factory floor.
Figures reflect current GES Modular production standards and are checked against factory QC records before publication. Ask our technical team for full tolerance, checkpoint and capacity data for your project.
[Technical Capability · Inside the Factory]
FROM STEEL TO SITE
Every module travels the same six controlled stations. Nothing is improvised on site. The quality is built in before the truck leaves the yard.

Steel Frame
Galvanised Q355 frame jigged and welded to a fixed dimension, the datum every other trade builds from.
→ PRECISE

Wet Core
Bathroom pods built and water-tested as a production run, not one-offs. The highest-risk trade, de-risked.
→ REPEATABLE

MEP Rough-in
Services routed to one fixed position across every module, with imported AU-spec materials ordered to a stable schedule.
→ ENGINEERED

External Envelope
Insulated sandwich panels, or fire-rated build-up to FRL 60/60/60 where the project calls for it.
→ VERIFIED

Interior Fit-out
Linings, joinery and flooring completed indoors, with no weather delays and no site trades queueing.
→ ON-TIME

Dispatch Ready
Inspected, wrapped and QR-tagged. Scan the module and its full build record is there.
→ NO-SURPRISES

YOUR MODULE, ON THE RECORD
Every module carries a QR tag linked to its ERP/MES record: steel certificates, inspection results and build history in one place. Come and inspect it yourself, or send a third party. We build to be checked.
