Module dimensions, specifications, build-ups, fire ratings, production times and installation times shown on this site describe our standard platforms. They are published to help you assess whether modular construction suits your project.

They are not a quotation and not a contractual commitment. Figures for any particular project depend on the site, the ground conditions, the approvals required and the specification agreed. The binding scope is the one written into a signed contract.

Certification and approvals

Where this site refers to engineering documentation, fire ratings or a certification path, it describes what our platforms are designed and documented to achieve. Approval for any individual project rests with the relevant authority and depends on the submission made for that project.
