Privacy Policy
This policy covers the personal information you give us through gesmodular.com. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, the city and (optionally) the province and postcode of your build, your preferred contact method, your purchase timeline, the module you are interested in, and any message you write.
We do not ask for identity documents, payment details or any sensitive personal information through this website.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a quotation or technical scheme for your project. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Automated protection
To stop automated spam, enquiry submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare receives technical signals from your browser for this check. It does not receive the contents of your enquiry.
This site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request information such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages and protect the service.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about your project, and afterwards only as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. After that they are deleted.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is handled by our sales and technical staff. We share it with third parties only where a service we use is needed to deliver the website or to reply to you, and only to the extent that service requires.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address below and we will respond.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a small anti-forgery token and short-lived submission timestamps in your browser so that the enquiry form can guard against automated abuse. Clearing your browser storage removes them.
